In case of a product order: once the order for a product, a book or books is placed and the payment made. This order is shipped within 1-6 days of the order being placed on heopcl.com website. An intimation to this effect with tracking ID will be provided to you so that you can track the consignment. If the consignment is not received, you can write to us on bhaderkashistore@gmail.com. The products dispatched to you are brand new, in good condition, unless otherwise discussed. The order received through our website is shipped to you via air through a premium courier service
